Here is what is included in the new implementation:

Automatic Self-Certification: With our new system, your DOT Medical Certificate will be automatically submitted and self-certified with the MA RMV — eliminating the need for you to handle that step separately. This update streamlines the entire process, making it more convenient and efficient for our patients.

New Pricing: Due to the new FMCSA program and automated certification service, there will be a $10 price increase for all DOT Physicals starting May 19, 2025.

Our staff of Nationally Certified Medical Examiners focus exclusively on DOT medical examinations for all CDL. School bus, 7D and heavy equipment operators. Our mission is to give our drivers our undivided attention, teaming up with their Primary Care Physician to keep them healthy in order to obtain the best possible medical certification.

We are glad to announce that Dr. Swotinsky is now a US Civil Surgeon. We are able to provide Immigration Medical Examinations and Vaccines for I-693 and K-1 Visa. Our office staff has over 15 years of experience working with Dr. Emma and completing Immigration examination and paperwork. We are excited to be working with the community again.
